We have a 14 day return policy, this means you have 14 days from when you receive your item to request a refund and send your goods back to us.
 
To be eligible to return an item it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn with the tags still attached, we recommend trying your item on with the tags still attached so that if you decide it is not right for you, you will still be eligible to return it. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase (your receipts and proof of purchase will always be emailed to you after you make a purchase)

Once we have received your returned item it will be inspected to see whether it fits the criteria above. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

If you would like to exchange an item the easiest way to do this would be to simply return the original item you purchased, then purchase your new item directly.
